Buy seats
One person buys the seats for the whole organisation. Seats are billed once a year, with no trial and no first-year discount.
Team and Education open when payments start.
How invite codes work
The person who paid shares one code. Everyone else joins from the app.
- Make your invite code. In Settings, then Account, press Make a new code under Organisation. The code shows once, so copy it and send it to the people who should join, by email or in your team chat.
- Members join with the code. Each member signs in with their own free Dabadoro account, opens Settings, then Account, and enters the code under Organisation. Their seat starts straight away. Members must be 16 or older in the EEA (the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and 13 or older elsewhere.
- Manage the seats. You use one of the seats yourself. You see who has joined and can remove a member to free a seat. Make a new code at any time: the old one stops working at once. To add seats, write to us.
Privacy and billing
An organisation shares a bill, not its members' work.
What the owner sees
The owner sees each member's display name and username. Tasks, habits, notes and focus time stay with the member.
Receipts and changes
Paddle emails the receipt. To change the card or cancel, use Manage plan in the app under Settings, Account, or on dabadoro.com/billing/manage/.
Need an invoice?
Every payment comes with Paddle's invoice. Add your organisation's name, address and VAT or tax number in the checkout. We can't take bank transfers yet.
