Read the summary cards

Four numbers for the dates you picked, at the top of the tab.

Completions counts finished tasks and habits. Focus time is the time you tracked with the timer or logged by hand. Coins is what those completions paid. Click one of these three cards to see it alone in the trend, and click it again to see the whole trend.

Habit streak shows your current streak, and Best your longest. The dates and filters never change them. See how streaks are counted.

Group the trend by day, week, month or year

Week is new in 1.2. Each bar is one day, week, month or year.

The strip under the trend shows your whole history. The framed part is what the chart shows.

Arrows

Move the frame one step back or forward.

Dates

Find your best hours and weekdays

Two charts add up your time by hour of the day and by day of the week.

Hourly consistency patterns

Daily consistency cycle

Click a bar to filter by it, as in the app. The chip above the charts removes it. Example data.

Hourly consistency patterns shows when in the day you work, and Daily consistency cycle shows which weekdays. A selected hour or weekday filters everything on the tab except the trend.

Filter by topic or item

See where your time went, then narrow everything to one topic or one task or habit.

Topic distribution and Activity by item for the last 14 days. Example data.

Click a topic in Topic distribution to filter by it. In Activity by item, search with Search items or topics, sort By count, By hours, By date or By name, and click an item to see it alone. Clear filters removes them all.

Note

Topics come from your tasks and habits. Give each one a topic in tasks and topics and this chart fills in.
